This ensures that they can be sent through the post without the need for expensive and dedicated couriers. Furthermore they can also fit through a standard letter box.

They can help to enhance your packing process, being very convenient to assemble and seal, and they also provide good protection levels. PIP boxes can also be fully customised inside and outside, helping you to create a beautiful and eye-catching solution.

We use a 100% recyclable and biodegradable cardboard which is not only sturdier and stronger than more traditional bubble mailers but also more eco-friendly. All of our PIP boxes can fit through a letterbox, although consideration should be given to the items you are placing inside to ensure they do not exceed that.

Our PIP boxes are available in white or brown material, and we offer a range of printing solutions for the inside and outside including flexo, litho lamination and digital, allowing you to create the perfect branding and design. To give you peace of mind that your products are protected while in transit, we can also include peel and seal tape to guarantee tamper protection and security. We can also incorporate either integrated or standalone inserts to better hold the content and maximise protection.
