      What are die cut cartons?

Die cut cartons get their name from the fact that they undergo a machine process known as die cutting in order to cut and crease the board. This machine uses a steel cutter embedded in a wooden platform in order to create the incisions and produce the desired shapes required. These custom-cut boards can then be glued or assembled into a self-locking container, giving you a unique package that is design specifically with your product in mind.

As the process of die cut cartons requires a unique tool to cut and crease the boards to your chosen design, there is typically an additional cost of up to £500; however, this tool can then be used repeatedly in future runs.

Why choose Sarcina die cut cartons?

If you are looking for die cut cartons, then Sarcina Packaging is here to help you. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional packaging products for our customers, and we can help you every step of the way to create the perfect solution for your needs.

Most commonly, our die cut cartons are produced using paper-based materials, and we are also able to provide them in either a single or double walled corrugated material. To help ensure you can make the perfect packaging for your needs, we do also offer die cut cartons in a carton board, which start from 300mu and up to 700 mu.

The process of die cutting materials requires cutting, scoring, creasing and perforating, and you can have complete peace of mind that our experienced team are using the latest tools to guarantee the perfect finish every time.

We know the importance of being able to stand out from your competitors. That is why all of our die cut cartons are also available either plain with no printing, flexo printed, digitally printed or litho laminated. We can also provide a corrugated solution which has been litho laminated and one side and flexo printed on the other.
