Care for Sons - corrugated mailing envelope

Care for Sons Ltd is a men’s health care provider specialising in hair loss and beard growth treatments.

The team needed a robust and environmentally positive packaging solution to replace their older LDPE mailing bags. A solution that could be used for a variety of smaller items that they ship directly to their customer base.

The solution

Sarina Packaging designed a corrugated mailing envelope to be supplied flat packed but that could be expanded to fit a number of different sized sundry items within. Utilising formed and cut creases within the board, the envelope expands to fit the product within.

Featuring a peel and seal tape for pack line efficiency together with a perforated ripper for a better unboxing experience. Manufactured from E flute which is a micro flute corrugated board offering a sturdy and supportive material to protect the goods within.

To finish the packaging off, the envelope was flexo printed black inside and out. The inner lip also included their logo reversed out to revel the white board below.
