Bespoke beer bottle carrier

The brief was to create a bespoke branded beer bottle carrier for 6 x 330ml bottles in partnership with Madri – a premium larger brewed by Spanish brewery La Sagra and Victory Inns pub group.
The pack needed to be eye-catching, quick to construct and load, and of sufficient strength to support the 3kg contents via a carry handle.

The Solution
Our design team drew up a 188mm x 126mm x 300mm (l x w x h) bottle carrier incorporating a crash lock base for quick construction. The material of choice was a clay-coated E-flute board offering a combination of strength, optimum print surface, and enhanced levels of moisture resistance. The finishing touch was an overprint varnish to protect the print result against grease and moisture.

The Result
The substrate's smooth clay coating provided the perfect surface for the latest digital print technology and 100% ink coverage. A stylish and practical beer bottle carrier for any occasion with an eye-catching design enhanced by the high gloss varnish.
