What are Insulated pouches and bags?

Made of recycled paper, and available in a range of stock sizes, our bags fall into two categories. The thermally insulated pouch and thermally insulated mailing bags. Both can be used for either warm and cool items. They are lightweight, durable and reusable. But thanks to a unique expanding adhesive inner layer, they can also be recycled within the paper curb side recycling stream. They are manufactured in the UK.

We offer a range of insulated bags and pouches that are proven to keep products below +5c for up to 24 hours and below +8c for up to 48 hours. Manufactured within the UK and made from recycled paper, our insulated mailers are available in three sizes that can be custom printed 1 colour or four colour process. Thermally insulated pouches are designed as a separator for goods in transit within a standard shipper. Like the insulated bags they can be branded with one colour print or four colour process. They come in five standard sizes ranging from small to extra-large. And there are two options within these size sets – low thermal and high thermal insulation.
