Shoulder boxes continue to be one of the most popular forms of packaging within the luxury packaging market. They are extremely versatile and durable boxes. They can be used to store any number of different goods and present them in a premium format. Shoulder boxes are boxes where the lids sit completely flush with the base and are held in place by a shoulder situated on the base. Some variants leave a small gap between the lid and the base, which makes the opening of the box more convenient; it’s also a striking design feature offering a strong colour contrast.
Sarcina Packaging’s shoulder boxes can be produced in a number of different textured finishes to add an even more premium feel to your box. We are also able to add print finishes including hot foil blocking, embossing and debossing and spot UV printing. We can all produce inserts for the inside of the box out of a variety of different materials including foam inserts and paper inserts which can be custom designed to fit perfectly inside the box.
