A clamshell box is a protective box with a hinged lid attached to the base. Both the lid and bottom sections of the clamshell box have three fixed side sections. The lid is designed to be slightly larger than the base so that the sides ‘nest’ when the box is closed. The fourth side has a hinge to join the bop and bottom of the box: the flexible joint allows the box to lay completely flat when opened, attributing to the overall quality feel of the product. The interior can be lined with paper or any type of fabric. Our clamshell boxes are fully customisable, we are able to produce iterations that include a magnetic closure.
